PropertyCore provides property data, analytics, and portfolio management tools for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, the data provided should not be considered as professional advice for legal, financial, or investment decisions. You agree to use our service in compliance with all applicable UK laws and regulations. You must not use automated tools to scrape, reproduce, or redistribute data from our platform without prior written consent.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep this information up to date. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for fraudulent or illegal purposes.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are listed in GBP and are exclusive of VAT where applicable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Our platform incorporates data from government and public-sector sources, which are used under their respective open data licences. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform or its content without our express written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

PropertyCore is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PropertyCore Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of PropertyCore shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
